Melissa Marcus is from Miami, Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Exercise Science and a masters degree from University of Miami in Exercise Physiology. Melissa has been dancing and twirling since she was five years old and was the feature twirler at FSU and UM. Melissa is a two-time World Champion in the team event with Encore Baton Club based out of Sacramento, California. Melissa is also a former US Grand National Champion in two and three baton. Currently Melissa is the director, coach and choreographer of Synergy Twirling Team.
Jennifer is from Miami, Florida, but currently lives in Tallahassee, Florida. Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University and is currently working on a Master's Degree in Sports Administration at FSU. Jennifer has been twirling since she was 3 years old. She is a two-time World Champion as a member of Encore Baton Club and is the current World Silver Medalist in the Senior Women Event. She has been a member of the USA World Team for 10 years. She is the US Grand National Champion in Solo, Two Baton, and Three Baton and has won the Three Baton award eleven times in a row. Jennifer currently teaches all around the world and she is the Assistant Coach for Synergy Twirling Team.
